A graduate of the Bancroft School of Massage Therapy in Worcester MA, she is a nationally certified body worker and member of the American Massage Therapy Association since 2004.  Beth’s work is based on a simple philosophy:  elimination of stress and tension through the art of touch will create an easier path to achieving overall wellness. Regular massage treatments are an investment that allows the opportunity to become attentive to our bodies, help us to recover from injuries and achieve calm and balance. Beth’s massage treatments draw from her extensive education in the areas of Swedish, Deep Tissue, Orthopedic & Oncology Massage.

She received her BA in Health / Fitness from Springfield College and has competed in several sports, including Soccer, Cycling, Marathons and many other endurance activities that challenge the body. Her athletic interests and experience have given her firsthand knowledge of muscle stress and injuries. This reservoir of experience helps her to individualize and craft each therapy session to attain health goals.

Beth is a native of Newburyport, growing up on the beaches of Plum Island and now living in historic downtown.  She is passionate about giving back to the community –  volunteering her therapeutic services in fundraising efforts for local medical charities.
